All products in store are handmade . Material and wood might have raw edges. Please note that all our rustic and vintage items are made  with real rustic and vintage materials and thus ensuring each one is one of a kind.

Courier Services 

​

All products excludes courier fee's. We charge a flat rate of R 95 for standard parcels and a flat rate of R 170 for Box Parcels. We courier all over South African and do not yet offer courier to non South-African residents yet. All ready to send items are normally shipped within 1 week after payment was received. All pre-order items might take up to 3 weeks after payment was received.

We mainly use The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers for a trackable fast service.

The risk of damage or loss after handed over to the courier will not be the responsibility of Diddly Doo, Diddly Doo does not offer any warranties regarding the delivery of supplied products.

 

T&C'S

 

Due to being a small business our return policies are that you return your purchase (unused , unwashed and in the original state within 7 days after you received it on your own shipping expenses.

By purchasing from Diddly Doo you acknowledge and agree that all fee's and payments are non refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

In case of a defect in/on a product , it must be reported to Diddly Doo in writing, preferably accompanied by photo's, immediately after delivery of the product Customers must allow Diddly Doo enough time to investigate the report .

After delivery of digital files the customer must ensure proper storage of these files, after delivery Diddly Doo is no longer responsible for these files.
